My name is Jason Sheppard. I’m the founder and CEO of Two Ten Properties.  I have been involved in various aspects of the real estate industry since 2003.  Throughout this time, I have seen many different types of markets and scenarios play out.

I have personally been through divorce, and experienced the need to sell a house quickly.
